The Orchard Collection satisfies changing Irish lifestyles Ireland’s premier flooring retailer, The Carpet Showrooms today launched “The Orchard Collection” of carpets, a premium range of carpets designed exclusively for the company’. The Orchard Collection combines style and comfort with practicality and durability. Designed to address the growing trend towards carpets and with Irish lifestyles in mind the collection is both hard wearing as well as soft and comfortable underfoot. The carpets are available in a 4mt and 5mt width and have a 7 year warranty. Commenting on the definite trend towards carpets, Nicola Jordan, buyer and manager for The Carpet Showrooms says: “As heating costs continue to rise and more Irish people choose to stay at home the desire for warmth, opulence and comfort grows. The carpets come in either 80/20 wool twist and velvets and 100% wool naturals. Ireland’s premier flooring retailer today introduced “The Design Collection” of handmade rugs, designed exclusively for The Carpet Showrooms. The collection consists of a range of 16 contemporary designs, made in India using the finest high lustre new Zealand wool and vegetable dyes. The Design Collection is unique to Ireland and is only available at The Carpet Showrooms. Customers have the option of choosing from a selection of 100’s of stunning designs, or rugs can be custom made in one-off designs and colour combinations to fit individual homes, tastes and lifestyles. As well as vibrant blues, reds and greens the collection comes in a range of subdued cream and beige hues that work well with contemporary settings.
